"I did a general inquiry online from an email I received pertaining to auto insurance. I was contacted by several different companies and none of them could or were willing to take the time to quote me a policy that was better than what I currently had. Well, at least until Tyler from Rousey Insurance Agency, a State Farm Agent in Charleston WV, contacted me. He made no promises was extremely professional and personable. To make a long story short, he wrote my auto policy, my wife’s auto policy, my motorcycle policy and my homeowner’s and saved us over $300 a month. The transaction went smooth, quick and everything was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend this agency and specifically Tyler to give you a quote on any new policy or to re-evaluate your current policies. State Farm is one of the best insurance companies and the pricing was phenomenal. Thanks again Tyler for your assistance and keep us the great customer service!"
