"I would give zero stars if I could. This insurance agency has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. We paid for auto and homeowners insurance, only to later find out we never even had coverage. When we requested to cancel the policy, they claimed it was canceled—but then sent us a bill for a policy that was supposedly no longer active. When we called to resolve the issue, we were met with hostility. The manager, Emily, was incredibly unprofessional and clearly lacks any understanding of proper business etiquette. Instead of helping us, she was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on us. To make matters worse, they even blocked our number to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. This agency is a nightmare to deal with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take your business elsewhere!"
